Personalized Nutrition Plans


Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, or maintain your current weight, a personalized nutrition plan from Hamers Strength & Fitness will help you get there in a healthy and sustainable way. Each plan is tailored specifically to your body, your lifestyle, and your preferences.

Using body measurements and proven assessment techniques, I’ll calculate your energy needs and determine how much of each nutrient your body requires. During the intake session, we’ll go over your current eating habits in detail to identify realistic changes that support your goals. I’ll also make sure to include foods you enjoy—and avoid the ones you don’t—so that your plan is both effective and enjoyable.


We’ll go through an extensive questionnaire to understand not just your diet, but also your daily habits that affect energy expenditure. This includes things like your job, your commute, your activity levels, and how often you exercise.

Once the plan is ready, I’ll walk you through it so everything is clear—you’ll know exactly what to do and why.

The plan is meant to be used independently. However, if you are also doing personal training with me, we can include regular nutrition check-ins to track your progress and make adjustments as needed. If you’re not training with me, no problem—progress meetings can still be scheduled separately, in consultation.
