At Hamers Strength & Fitness, personal training is all about you. Whether your goal is to build strength, lose weight, become more confident in the gym, or recover from an injury, I will help you reach your goals—step by step.


You can choose between 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 training. With 1-on-1 personal training, you’ll receive full attention and a plan that’s completely tailored to your individual needs and progress. If you prefer to train with someone else, 2-on-1 training is a great option. It allows you to work out together with a friend or partner, adding a fun and motivating dynamic that can help you both stay committed and push each other further.

Each personal training session lasts 60 minutes, giving us enough time to train effectively and focus on your specific goals. 

However, if you’re short on time due to a busy schedule—or simply prefer a shorter workout—30-minute sessions are also available upon consultation. Just let me know what works best for you, and we’ll find a solution that fits your lifestyle.

Your training is completely personalized, designed around your goals, experience level, and preferences.

Once you contact me, we’ll schedule an in-person intake meeting at a time that works for you.



Intake session


During this meeting, we’ll take time to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. You’ll answer a series of questions about your goals, experience, and lifestyle. I’ll also take a few measurements—all of this information helps me design a fully personalised training and nutrition approach tailored to your needs.


First training session


If we’re both happy with the fit, we’ll schedule your first personal training session and officially get started on your journey.



Progress evaluation

After some time, we’ll have a progress evaluation. We’ll review your results, take new measurements, and make any necessary adjustments to your training or nutrition plan to keep you moving forward.
